The Series 2 Digital Force Gauges are designed for basic tension and compression force testing applications up to 500 lbF (2,500 N). Peak tension and compression readings are reliably captured through the gauges’ ±0.5% accuracy and 500 Hz sampling rate.
A backlit graphic LCD displays the current reading, peak tension, or peak compression value.
The gauges are protected against overloads up to 200% of their rated capacity. An ergonomic and reversible aluminum housing allows for handheld operation or fixture mounting, providing sufficient durability for both production and laboratory environments.
The Series 2 Force Gauges are directly compatible with Mark-10 test stands and grips.

The WT-205M motorized wire terminal pull tester measures pull forces on wire terminals up to 200 lbF [1 kN] with accuracy and efficiency. Portable and customizable, this tester meets numerous UL, ISO, ASTM, SAE, MIL, and other standards for both destructive and non-destructive testing.
Perform pull-to-break tests, pull-to-load tests, or maintain a specified load for a set period of time (optional functions), in accordance with UL 486A/B requirements.
Programmable pass/fail limits, along with red and green indicators and audible alarms, help quickly identify non-conforming samples.
The standard adjustable terminal fixture features multiple slots for wire diameters up to AWG 3 (0.25 in [6.3 mm]), while the self-tightening wedge grip securely holds the free end of the wire. Optional interchangeable grips are available to accommodate a wide range of materials.
Samples may be submitted to CIENTEC for evaluation and recommendations prior to purchase.
The WT-205M stores and calculates statistics for up to 2,000 measurements, with optional date and time stamps available for each saved data point.
Data can be transferred to a PC or other data collection device via USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo (Digimatic), or analog outputs.
When a sample breaks, the tester can automatically reverse direction, save and transmit the peak force value, and auto-zero in preparation for the next test, increasing testing efficiency.
The optional Profiles function allows users to create and save test setups for quick access and repeatability.
The WT-205M includes MESUR® Lite data acquisition software. MESUR® Lite captures and tabulates either continuous or single-point data. With a single click, data can be exported to Excel for further analysis and processing.
Note: The WT-205M is compatible with most wire insulation materials.
However, to ensure mechanical compatibility, we recommend submitting wire samples for evaluation prior to purchase.
