CS-910 High Frequency Infrared Carbon and Sulfur Analyzer

High precision, dual cell, induction heating, and fast results for metallic and inorganic materials.

PTS – Create Analytical is a company dedicated to the manufacturing and sale of carbon and sulfur determinators, focused on serving the metallurgical market for this type of equipment. As an ISO 9001 certified company and holder of the CE mark, it offers highly competitive equipment without sacrificing quality, reliability, or technology.

The CS-910 carbon and sulfur analyzer, equipped with a high-frequency furnace and infrared detection, is the ideal instrument for fast and precise analysis of carbon and sulfur in solid materials, especially metallic materials, but also other inorganic materials such as ceramics, minerals, cement, clays, etc.

The solid sample is burned in a ceramic crucible inside a sealed high-frequency furnace, which is pressurized with a flow of pure oxygen.

To achieve optimal combustion, the high-frequency furnace power is adjustable.

The resulting reaction gases CO₂ and SO₂ are measured using solid-state infrared detectors.

The system is characterized by high analytical speed, precision, and sensitivity, combined with ease of use and almost no maintenance.

Features:

    • Simultaneous determination of carbon and sulfur with minimal sample preparation
    • Easy-to-use software: simplified so you can focus on analysis
    • Latest infrared technology: advanced optical technology, no more issues with gold reflection tubes
    • Reliable electronics and hardware: easy fault detection and reduced common failures in carbon and sulfur machines
    • Fast and precise measurement
    • Wide range of inorganic materials can be analyzed
    • Low maintenance
    • Robust design suitable for production control and laboratory use
    • Auto Cleaner: fully automatic cleaning system with silent dust removal, no vacuum required, no routine maintenance, dust removal without suction in the crucible
