Blue Light Sensor

The HS702 with Blue Laser Technology is the smallest and most rugged Laser Gauge sensor. It is ideal for high-volume applications such as gap/flush measurements in tail lamps, windshields, clear headlights, red and amber lenses, chrome, and glass surfaces around transparent or translucent materials, as well as gap/flush inspection on plastic or metal body panels. With its 1 GHz processor, accurate measurements are completed in less than one second.

All operations are performed within the sensor itself. An integrated battery powers the device. No cables are required.

Improving cross-vector scanning capability, the HS763 is equipped with two blue lasers that allow it to scan transparent, translucent, and opaque surfaces. This enables the HS763 to be used on automotive body panels, tail lamps, window glass, and chrome surfaces.

EThe HS763 sensor is a complete measurement system. No external components are required. Using a powerful 1 GHz processor and a unique imaging component configuration, the HS763 scans much faster than existing cross-vector sensors, capable of measuring a typical body-to-body gap in less than 1 second.

The 3.5” full-color display provides detailed surface profile graphics, and the touchscreen allows easy menu navigation and extended graphical functions..
