All-in-One Profilometer

The PGS200 profilometer is a new-generation instrument capable of performing a few simple operations to characterize the profile of complex parts, thanks to its modern “all-in-one” concept. With only a few steps, it is immediately ready and calibrated for measurement. The Profile Studio software installed on the PGS200 was designed to be extremely easy for the operator to use.

 

The functions required for profile characterization are grouped into categories (points, lines, arcs, dimensions), each with a different color for easy identification. The CAD system is highly advanced: all elements are dynamic and can be edited after being created. For more complex parts, the PGS200 allows measurement cycles to be executed, automatically overcoming obstacles (slots, shoulder features), and the profile is reconstructed at the end of the measurement.

 

Thanks to the motorized column, calibration is performed automatically, as are the measurement cycles, ensuring significant time savings and high flexibility.
