Portable Shore Analog Hardness Tester LX-AT / CT / DT (PTS)
Shore durometers are designed to determine the indentation hardness of materials ranging from cellular products to rigid plastics. They are also widely used to measure the hardness of materials such as soft rubber, elastomers, neoprene, silicone, vinyl, nitrile, soft plastics, felt, leather, waxes, printing rollers, and similar materials.
These hardness testers are characterized by easy portability, simple operation, and high-resolution analog readings.
Features:
-
The LX-AT Shore durometer, designed for testing the hardness of vulcanized rubber and plastics, features a simple structure, easy operation, and clear readings with high resolution. It complies with standards GB/T 531-1999 and ISO 7619, and can be used with the SLX hardness test stand, as well as other relevant standards.
-
The LX-CT Shore durometer is designed for testing the hardness of foam, sponge, and microporous footwear materials. It complies with standard HG/T 2489-93.
-
The LX-DT Shore durometer is intended for measuring the hardness of hard rubber, resins, glass, printed circuit boards, fibers, and similar materials. It complies with standard GB/T 531-1999.
The durometer test stand is a specially developed solution for Shore A, C, and D durometers. Its construction includes an operating handle, an integrated glass platform, a load scale, a mounting beam for the durometer, and a support column. Using this test stand significantly improves the accuracy and consistency of hardness measurements.
