Model M3i Digital Force / Torque Indicator

Basic Force / Torque Indicator

The Model 3i Digital Force/Torque Gauge is designed to operate with a wide range of Mark-10 remote force and torque sensors.

Featuring exclusive Plug & Test® technology, all calibration and configuration data are stored within the smart sensor connector rather than in the indicator itself, enabling true sensor interchangeability. In addition, all sensors are fully compatible with the Advanced Model 5i Force/Torque Indicator.

The 3i shares its menu structure and most specifications with the Series 3 Force Gauges. Its 2,000 Hz sampling rate delivers accurate results across a wide range of testing conditions.

A large backlit graphic LCD displays oversized characters for easy viewing, while an intuitive menu provides quick access to indicator functions and configurable parameters. The display also features an analog load bar for graphical representation of the applied load, as well as programmable set-point indicators for pass/fail testing.

A USB output is provided for data collection purposes. The indicator includes MESUR® Lite data acquisition software.

MESUR® Lite tabulates single-point data, and a one-click export to Excel allows for further data analysis and processing.
